There’s deep-fried oreos, twinkies, even chocolate-covered bacon…and now…deep-fried Kool-Aid!
This is the latest county fair concoction hitting the South and it’s not long before it makes its way over here. To tell you the truth, it makes me a bit queasy. How is it made? You mix the Kool-Aid powder with a little bit of flour and water, throw it into the fryer and voila…your own kool-aid donut hole. Yum – O. Is there anything that people won’t deep-fry? Let’s not answer that!
